SUPREME COURT VERDICT ON RAFALE DEAL  IN FAVOUR OF BJP.

         Yesterday  SUPREME COURT OF INDIA gave its verdict on controversial deal of RAFALE FIGHTER JETS.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE ?


       Indian UPA led goverment of India  wants to do agreement with a france led jet making company for 103 fighter plane .

      At that time government of india wants to do agreement in which forein company has to make half jets in there country and half of jets will be made in HAL ( hindustan auronatics limited ) and if there will be any problem in jets then forein company will be responsible.


    At this clause forein company does not agreed so agreement was pending from so long time until in india BJP government came in power .


       BJP government done agreement on 3 clause which are...,
               * Total cost of making jet is 60,000 crore.
               * Forein company will make jets in there state worth rupees 30,000 crore and rest 30,000 crore they have to invest in indian company of there own choice .

               * Indian auronatical company of there choice will make rest of instruments such as radar , digital meters etc. 



PROBLEM WITH CONGRESS ..


        Congress claimed in court that it is good that 30,000 is invested in india but why all the contract is given to RELIANCE DEFANCE COMPANY which make defence equipments.

      But court clears that in agreement it is written that they will choose comapny of there own and only 3% of 30,000 crore is invested in reliance industries. Rest money is invested in other governmental and non governmental companies.

     SO COURT ORDERS THERE IS NOTHING SCAM IN RAFALE DEAL OF INDIA AND FRANCE.

ANDAMAN IS UNDER CYCLONE ALERT " PABUK" - THE HINDU

PABUK - ANAMAN IS UNDER CYCLONE ALERT. A ‘yellow’ alert has been sounded for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands as a cyclonic storm is moving towards the archipelago, the Home Ministry said on Saturday. The sea condition will be rough in the Andaman Islands, the Andaman Sea and the adjoining areas of east-central and south-east Bay of Bengal till January 7 owing to the cyclonic storm Pabuk, an official said, quoting a weather bulletin.                      Pabuk originated over the Gulf of Thailand and its neighbourhood, moved west-northwestwards with a speed of 10 kmph and lay centred over Thailand and neighbourhood, he said.                      The storm will become very rough over southeast and east-central Bay of Bengal, the Andaman Islands and the adjoining Andaman Sea by January 8 and rough over east-central and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal.                            The sea condition will be very rough over the Nicobar Islands till Sunday.

CYCLONE PETHAI ATTACK INDIA  SOUTH- EAST COAST DESTRUCTION. WHY IN NEWS     Recently a cyclone named PETHAI attacked south - east coast of INDIA. Some of the places of A.P. and odisa .
