NEW RULES FROM  INDIAN GOVERNMENTR FOR E-COMMERCE 


WHY IN NEWS ?

                    Recently NDA led indian government passes a new rule for e-commerce lets talk about its consequences and conclusion.


POSITIVE RESULTS 


                   1. IT IS GOING TO SAVE LIFE AND STOMACH OF SMALL PRODUCERS .
    
                                  As government made compulsary that no e commerce site will totally sell products which is made by them .

                  2. IT IS GOING TO STOP MONOPOLY IN THE MARKET.

                                   There are many products in the country which is liked by people of only one brand and it may be possible that that brand is only available on one site only.
This will creat monopoly in thre market.

                 3. INDIAN TRADITION IS SAVED 

                                   In countries like india there is a tradition of fairs and festivals of market as these all online markets sites are capturing whole of the market loosing faith of small traders and marketmen in indian offline market zone .This step of government is good in this case because it will check extreme growth of online marketing site like flipkart cum walmart , amazon etc.

NEGATIVE IMPACT 


                1. AS GOVERMENT CHECK GROWTH OF ONLINE SHOPPING THUS IT WILL STOP THE INVESTMENT FROM BIG ONLINE SHOPPING SITES IN INDIA.

                 2.   EACH AND EVERY COUNTRY WANTS TO GROW IN THE IT SECTOR AND ECONOMY AS WELL THIS IS A FALSE MOVE IN THIS CATEGORY AS IT STOP FOREIN INVESTMENT.


                          GOVERNMENT MUST THINK THE WAY WHICH GOES MIDDLE THE POSTIVITY AND NEGATIVITY AS WELL. 
THERE MUST BE POLICY WHICH MUST  ENSURE FOREIN INVESTEMENT AND WELFARE OF INDIAN MARKET.

ANDAMAN IS UNDER CYCLONE ALERT " PABUK" - THE HINDU

PABUK - ANAMAN IS UNDER CYCLONE ALERT. A ‘yellow’ alert has been sounded for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands as a cyclonic storm is moving towards the archipelago, the Home Ministry said on Saturday. The sea condition will be rough in the Andaman Islands, the Andaman Sea and the adjoining areas of east-central and south-east Bay of Bengal till January 7 owing to the cyclonic storm Pabuk, an official said, quoting a weather bulletin.                      Pabuk originated over the Gulf of Thailand and its neighbourhood, moved west-northwestwards with a speed of 10 kmph and lay centred over Thailand and neighbourhood, he said.                      The storm will become very rough over southeast and east-central Bay of Bengal, the Andaman Islands and the adjoining Andaman Sea by January 8 and rough over east-central and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal.                            The sea condition will be very rough over the Nicobar Islands till Sunday.

CYCLONE PETHAI ATTACK INDIA  SOUTH- EAST COAST DESTRUCTION. WHY IN NEWS     Recently a cyclone named PETHAI attacked south - east coast of INDIA. Some of the places of A.P. and odisa . WHAT IS CYCLONE ??         When surface of oceans gets heated up at certain temperature then water gets evaporated hence make a low pressure pressure zone in centre  AND THIS PROVES TO BE EYE OF CYCLONE.      Cyclone are of two type clockwise and anticlockwise.
